Hey! Those who worry that Director Yuji didn't have a chance to appreciate the M/V -- please don't. This is an edited version, from watching it multiple times. Yuji and I took our time. So no worries :)

Maybe let him watch Wings short films if he has time. Or better yet, maybe go all out! Hahaha start from HHYH (I need U, Run, Prologue, Young Forever) and then Wings/YNWA (Short films, Spring Day) and then Love Yourself (Highlight Reels and Fake Love).
But I doubt it because he might be a busy person too. I like his insights and how he noticed the details. Thank you for this~

I completely agree with his feelings about finding the group more charming the more you learn about them.
Learning of their backgrounds actually lead to me being more interested in Korea, the history, society, and culture. Usually for foreigners (at least in my experience), the only place you hear about in Korea is Seoul. But now, I see places like Daegu and Busan getting more general recognition too.
Its always nice to hear a reaction on the technical and talent aspect of BTS not just on their visuals...it makes me more proud of them.

I love how the director gives specific details on how the mv was shooted. He really looks at Bangtan as professionals as well as being able to appreciate bighit's work of arts, kudos! I'm also subscribing hehehe

I was also happy to note that the director was still able to enjoy an MV for its own sake. Sometimes a person's occupation will mean they analyze things to the point that they no longer enjoy the product they produce. This producer analyzes the video yet still enjoys the video for itself.

This is actually a really great analysis with the perspective of a video director. As an artist, I shared the same ideas about colors and height perspective, but he really touched on things I didn't take into account with my POV, like 'dramatization' and the fact that BTS CAN do videos like this because of their high ability. Because I'm not in the industry, I never thought the idea that a lot of idols/celebrities can't act, but BTS can, so the possibilities are more open for MVs and extra projects.
I loved his insight!!! I really want to see his reaction to the highlight reels.
Please show him fake love and don't forget to tell him that it is all a real set without computer
I absolutely loved watching this. It's so interesting to me to hear the thoughts of industry professionals, as well as someone that is part of the Korean general public. Seeing him become so intrigued and impressed by the boys made me feel so proud, as if it was my child that someone was praising and complimenting lol. Would love to see more of these, if he is willing. Maybe have him watch the Highlight Reels? I would love to hear his thoughts on that.

I am so in love with the way it was shot and how everything worked so nicely together to fit the concept; truly one of the most beautiful MV's I've ever seen! RM’s mom made him watch an american sitcom, so he learned from that by using subtitles first and then eventually removing it. He would practice and observe how they speak. He has an edge in the group, his english came in handy when they came to the US.

재밌게 잘봤어요. 좀 아쉬운 건 감독님이 감상하고 멘트할 때 여자분이 계속 말을 자르고, 감탄하면서 집중하는 순간에 자꾸 말을 거니까 리액션을 방해하는 느낌이에요. 차라리 1차 리액션 끝나고 여자분이 신경쓰였던 부분을 감독님한테 물어보는 편이 더 재밌을 것 같은데... 실제 감독이신 분이 뮤비 리액션을 해주셔서 신선했습니다! :-)

I really enjoyed listening to his perspective on BTS music video. He has knowledge that most of us probably don't and to see him amazed by things we may have just glossed over makes me happy.
