I have the UK spec 1.6 elegance. It has leather interrior, all round disc brakes with ABS, it has air con too but not very powerful. It also doesn't have cruise control, but it's an absolute bullet proof little car. (2005)

This one's only got one which is your instrument brightness intensity controller. The second one is fog lights on and off.

The mileage is quite high, however if it is like the way you described i.e. has good service history and has been looked after. It is definitely worth having a look.
When test driving besides checking the engine and transmission look loose interior trim and condition of the suspension components.
