Painful shit that effects everything from ur neck, hips, chest, ribs, shoulders l, shoulder blades, entire back, knees, ankles, pelvis and can even start effecting organs like i think mine is doing down from compression. Instead of my hips stopping at my waist, they sit way up in my stomach and its effecting digestion.
