With tomato paste I take a cookie sheet and place wax paper or parchment paper on it. I spray a tablespoon with pam and scoop out tomato paste and put on tray. Freeze until solid and place in baggies. I then know that each scoop is 1 Tablespoon for future use.
Big thing of Tomato Paste: make your own spaghetti sauce, soup base, sloppy joe mix, chili base. Can or freeze portions for later use. Just can freeze tomato paste in smaller amount for later use. I see other CZcamsrs do this with bulk items and restaurant size canned foods.
wow, great pantry haul. so much good looking fruit. that lone peach really caught my eye. we have nectarines in the fridge and i am thinking i need to eat one asap (before they vanish). my son has covid - ugh. hope you are all well and having good days.

Ham update - I have another 3 (2 girls and a boy) winter whites - 6 in total. One girl has lumps in her tummy and but I’m not saying she is p. They all love baby food and munching cheerio’s etc.
