Answer;
step1 -Stand back and watch the truck burn everything around it. Get you a lung full of THAT!
step2 -Wash away all the heavy metals and toxic debris left behind into the storm drains quickly, before the enviros show up.
Step3 -Blame the fire on a petrol car.
