I will be launching an e-commerce store soon and my absolute worst thing that I have to do is take photos. I feel so much anxiety and it feels like a chore. I have to shoot a few dozen pieces of lumber that are very similar. Using my iPhone 14 pro max. Aside from a slate is there a way to embed each pieces SKU in the photo ?
I don't think it would be easy to do. You would need some way to write the metadata on the photo. It's probably easier to just incorporate the SKU into the filename.
What would you recommend for eBay. eBay recommends pics on a white background.
For this, I would recommend using a light box

Which Lightroom app is the one you use? I’m trying to download it but there’s about 10 different ones called Lightroom
It’s called ‘Lightroom Photo & Video Editor’. It’s by a company called Adobe.

In this video I used Lightroom Mobile, but ReeFlex is also awesome camera app. 👊🏽
Amazon requires only white background with NO props, badges or anything else. Just the product. 85% of image. Would the SL60W be good for this application?
Hey Bruce, the SL60W is good for all types of photography. It’s very powerful and wouldn’t have an issue lighting up products inside a white soft box.
@@ShootSmartphone Bought one. With the soft box (which I cannot figure out how to fold) and have been using it. I did buy a short extension cord with a switch because the light is really high up to turn it on.
What "lightroom pro" camera app are you talking about? I've never seen or heard of such a thing.
It’s called Lightroom Photo & Video Editor now mate. Search for it.
