Rich Fruit Cake/ Christmas 🎄🎅Fruit Cake

Serve this moist, fruit laden cake for a special occasion. It would also make an excellent Christmas 🎄 🎅 or birthday cake 🎂
Ingredients
▶️1 cup pitted dates
▶️1 cup dried prunes
▶️1 cup orange juice
▶️2 tbsp molasses
▶️1 1/2 cups self- rising flour
▶️1 tsp ground allspice
▶️3/4 cup seedless raisins
▶️3/4 cup golden raisins
▶️3/4 dried cranberries
▶️3 large eggs, separated
▶️1 tbsp apricot jam, warmed
▶️2 tbsp powdered sugar
Preheat oven 325°F bake for 1 1/2 hours, let cool in the pan

▶️185g 椰棗
▶️130g 梅乾
▶️250ml 橙汁
▶️40g 蜜糖
▶️200g 自發粉
▶️2g 香料
▶️100g 葡萄乾
▶️100g 金色葡萄乾
▶️100g 蔓越莓幹
▶️3個雞蛋( 分開)
▶️20g 杏果醬
▶️10g 糖粉
烤箱160°C 烤1.5小時，在烤盤中冷卻
