Yes I started washing my hair every 10-14 days and my hair has never been better! I don’t have product build up either because I don’t remoisturize at all I have low porosity so remositurizee will make my hair dry. I deep condition with heat, and seal with light buttters and oils and now my hair stays moisturize for 14 days .

It shows that when we are committed to taking care of our hair we can achieve great success. This is very inspiring I remember your big chop video now look at how flourishing your hair looks. This is just the beginning I can't wait until your two year update. A great personal hair routine that works for us individually and being consistent is key but everyone's hair will have different growth results. We can grow long hair y'all its evident for sure 😊.

Your videos always comes at the right time. I’m just re doing my routine after a year of failed success. I’m going start using biotin. All year I had my hair in braids with synthetic hair , redone every month; I only grew 2 inches of hair 😢 I guess I forgot scalp oils and water being key

My scalp flakiness and itchiness went away after I stopped eating pork. Rarely do I have scalp itchiness but if I do I just go ahead and use head and shoulders anti-itch shampoo.

Try to search up easy natural hairstyle videos, that helped me a lot figuring out what to do with my hair for the week or two
Same here.. somehow my scalp itch when it's dirty.. 14days is max however in the past i had braids for long as a kid and i never reacted i guess coz i am from a tropical country🇰🇪🇰🇪kenya so i'd have my hair washed after two months max.. my hair grew and it was thicker.. but now in New Jersey and the climate after so many years i think my scalp adjusted to this climate so fast that i can no longer go far than 14 days..😅and my mum says i wash my hair alot, i don't think i do when my hair needs moisture i do condition in between so she thinks am washing it..🤦🏾♀️.. i do have a sensitive scalp and i think i should purchase essential oils to reduce the itch coz last night i almost woke up @2am to go wash my hair . Please if you have any reccomendations on how to heal my itchy scalp i am open to it❤
Don’t wait too long to wash your hair. That will cause itchiness, flakes and bacteria overgrowth…damages your scalp. Wash it at least once a week, more if needed.

Come on, people. I hope you do not believe your hair is going to look like hers if you follow what she is doing. Her hair is the way it is due to genetics and DNA she has a lot of European blood and her. The fact is European hair grows faster and longer than our natural pure African hair because it is straight and does not coil as ours does. Therefore, it does not break like ours.
That’s so damn false. The hair growth rate is the same for every ethnic group on the planet, the only problem with curly hair is that it tends to be drier and therefore breaks more easily. I’m pretty sure you’re not even African for you to say this. Stop spreading misinformation, thank you. Also being part European doesn’t dictate your hair texture, there are full blooded Africans with her hair type , looser , and tighter. Being ‘mixed’ has nothing to do with how your hair grows or how fast it grows, the key to length is length retention by minimising breakage, a phenomenon that happens to EVERYBODY.
And you don’t know her to know she has a ‘lot of European in her’, there are people in the diaspora who look like her with 90+ % African dna
