X Source (pu) should be as low as possible, say 0.01, for the bus to act as infinite bus.

Actually in case of Power Flow, the source impedance of synchronous machine is irrelevant. Even in this example, in case of implicit modelling, since both buses are PV with constant voltages, the line impedance is the only factor determining real power flow magnitude. The generating transformer impedance is not considered anymore.
