Juss Received my soundcore R50i for ₹1500. They work great on my cell, great sound quality and 1 can set tap functions through the app like play/stop, next/previos, volume up/down. Works great with firestick also.

I have now noticed this is couple of videos. Why is that the mic sound clip, before your video actually starts and then when you actually do that at the end are completely different. It's very poor later but in the short clip before video starts it's clear and crisp?

I am facing an issue with the find device feature. When I tap the right earbud in the app there is no beeping sound in both the earbuds but, when I tap left earbud both the earbuds start making the beeping sound. Shall I get it replaced or should use them as it is.

After seeing all the reviews I have purchased this earbud 15 days ago but already facing some problem. 2 days ago while listening to music it's charge got low so I put it on the box and went to sleep. At morning when I connected it to my phone it still showed low battery(10% charge) . In the box it's written that the earbud should be full charge within 2 hours but mine was on charge whole night still it was showing low battery 😭😭 I even charged the box upto 100% but still earbud shows low battery . I waited a whole day and it only charged to 30% where it should have been full charged . What should I do ? What tf has happened?😭😭😭 Please help bhaiya
