EASY KETO Crockpot Recipe: Keto Teriyaki Chicken | Keto Dinner Idea | Suz and The Crew

- This week we tried Low Carb Yum’s Keto Teriyaki Crockpot Chicken recipe. It was so simple to throw together and totally satisfied my craving for chicken teriyaki! I adapted it slightly to add a little spice and used minced ginger instead of a ginger paste (which I find usually has added sugar in it). While we chose to serve ours over riced broccoli, this recipe would also be great on lettuce wraps or over cauliflower rice.

Looks delicious! I also love teriyaki sauce. I have been using Primal Kitchen teriyaki, but watching you make that I don't know why I don't just make my own. It is super easy.
That said, if you want a "dump" crockpot meal where everything just gets dumped (graciously of course) into the crockpot, the PK teriyaki would work great.
I’ve been wanting to try their sauce out. I love their ketchups and salad dressings.

This looks delicious. I have some chicken breasts in the freezer, but no sweetener or slow cooker. Mine will end up being soy sauce chicken in a pot. XD
