Yerba Buena Island Tour: New Development in the San Francisco Bay!

The Yerba Buena Island development has been in the works for 20 years! That’s not surprising given all the hoops and hurdles of getting a development of this magnitude approved.
In this video, I toured the brand new Bristol Residences, which is one of four projects underway on the island. We met up with Tom, the in-house sales agent from the Compass Development wing of my company, to get a sneak peak of how the project is coming along, what the community will offer its residents, and a few of the floor plans currently available.
This new lifestyle will feature a lot of amazing amenities to its future residents. The island will have a five mile hiking trail, a clubhouse pool with panoramic views of the city, a fitness club, rooftop terraces with epic views of the bay, and a beautiful dog park just to name a few.
The Bristol has a wide selection of floor plans ranging from studios to three-bedroom condos. The adjacent developments will offer full floor flats, townhomes, and empty lots where buyers can build luxury homes overlooking the city and bay.
A new ferry station was built for the island, which will offer 17 trips per day to and from downtown San Francisco. More residential and commercial developments are in the works and expected to be completed in the coming years. This growth will bring a lot of value to the area and increase the offerings to its residents.

Ok...here i go...First off...windy as PHK! Not alone can you fly a kite on that island, you can be the kite...No bee ess...2...next to the freeway? all the soot you can possibly choke down...and for 700 gees, that's a lot of soot! 3...You're near nothing....close but a cars drive away...and 4...on hot still days? it'll still be hot but windy as PHK!! lol...so...enjoy....Btw..the rest of the island is home to section 8...Those people that couldn't make a go of it...
