Hey guys so I know you guys read that Jub Jub killed kids but can I just correct that. He was caught drinking and driving and was involved in an accident where he hit a kid with his car and the child died. The whole country was very broken about the incident. This song is a remake of a song he had back then, with the same title Ndikhokhele. The lyrics are in Xhosa, they mean God lead me or God protect me and thank you for being with me thus far (paraphrasing).
This song is not only for him, I think the whole country is touched by it because of covid 19 as well.

he and his friend (whom he says isn't his friend, according to an interview he did with SABC news after he got out, he says he only met the guy on the road) so what had happened is they were both high on drugs and alcohol and they for some reason decided to speed race and that led to an accident that claimed the lives of 4 high school students and left 2 permanently brain dead who were standing or something of the sort by the road, so he got arrested at first they received 25 years for murder then it was reduced to 8 years I think in 2013, after he got out he released a song called "Ke kopa tswarello" Which means I beg for forgiveness, then this track, and the good thing is that he does share his profits from projects with the families of the victims, . Fun fact after the guys came out of prison he premiered a show called "Uyajola99" a South African version of cheaters, to tell you that he shook the country people were mad furious, but it was all for a good cause
