das finde ich auch mixe analog selber seit 35 jahren. sein mixer ist allerdings digital unterstüzt so das laufzeit unterschiede gefiltert werden. an einem rein analogen mixer hört sich der mix ganz anders vom verhalten an (wie weichgezeichnet). genau dort sitzt die krux . deshalb ist analog akustisch immer besser .einfach lebendiger

This is how I dj. Technology has absolutely killed the art of djing, its not about sync buttons and laptops, its about putting a lot of thought and preparation into your set before even approaching the decks then the skill comes in blending them together, its not about some wannabe posing behind a controller, its about the music and how its pieced together
I don't think technology has necessarily killed the art, but I do think it has made it easy for anyone to just press sync and do a bog-standard mix with little skill. I personally learnt with vinyl, which forces you to learn to beat match if you want to be taken seriously, but I also love to use my FLX-10 to push the boundaries with stems, loops, hot cues and FX - it gives a different element to DJ'ing which you cannot do with vinyl. Both deserve credit. It's the ones who use digital DJ controllers to 'fake it til you make it' which are killing the art for me! Respect to this lad who is showing that vinyl DJ'ing isn't a lost art!

Vinyl is old school just like manual cars. Still respect anyone for being a master of their craft. So much more to quality DJing than beat matching. I was always amazed at Carl Cox back in the day with his 3 decks but he has moved on. Great kid here loving life, enjoying himsef and having a wee party all by himself 🎉😂
From an old dj from the first time round for most of these superbly chosen chooonz this was really good and very polished. You should have no trouble getting work. Stick with vinyl...... it's your friend. Oscillators can only do so much and everyone loves ibiza Classics. Your kit is awesome. Technics SL1200 and Ortofon concorde cartridges. Mmmmmmummy. Brilliant mix....so many memories. I lived on Ibiza for nearly 5 years and through this music genre....it was Ibiza at it's best. DJ Pipi from Pacha was a God, then on to Ku to jump in the pool or lie stoned on the huge bed in the Coco Loco bar. To finish the night onto Space and just enjoy the morning sunshine and music, anyone remember the nurse on the edge of the dancefloor? those times have gone, but your mix brings it all back. C'est juste un mélange entre du live fait de boucles et de morceaux agrémenté d'effets. C'est sûr que c'est pas comme le vinyle ou il y a plusieurs choses à gérer en même temps et pas le temps de faire du cinéma. I read in DJ Magazine many years ago that if you place heaps of House Plants 🪴 around your decks it actually turns you into a world class DJ 👏
