he absolutely rocked, even at bad venues he put all his heart in the show I remember a show like 8 years ago, the crowd consisted of like 30 people I was face to face with him and he was so great

rEVOLVEr is the best metal album ever produced in my opinion. All against all, 99, abysmal, nothing left..there is not a single song on the record that is not epic.

Saw this band earlier this year in an extremely small venue. One of the best concerts I've ever been to. Much props to The Haunted!!
Saw them on the second stage years ago at Ozzfest with bands like Hatebreed, Slipknot, Lacuna Coil etc and they blew them all off the stage.
The Haunted is leagues above any of those bands.

Wasn't even a fan when I saw these guys on the second stage at Ozzfest back in the day. Then Peter jumped out into the crowd and was just about in my face just doing his thing. He was the man. And Jensen just standing there shredding. One of my favorite concert memories. Instant fan. That Ozzfest was magic--Rob Zombie, Killswitch, As I Lay Dying, Mastadon, Soilwork, Arch Enemy, Black Dahlia, Haunted, etc, and that was just the second stage.

Maaaaaan, I remember discovering these guys through this song on the Century Media sampler CD that came with Shadows Fall's The War Within. Then this video on MTV2's headbanger's ball reboot with Jamey Jasta. rEVOLVEr is a f***** masterpiece.
First time I ever heard this song it came on a sample CD that was given out at Edgefest 13 to promote small bands and it fuckin worked cause I still listen to those bands. One of the others was shadows fall too.

It is true, there are many sub genres with subtle differences, but enough of a difference to change the sound to one's liking. In Metal, there are so many sub genres you don't need the other genres of music, there is something for everyone.
