Was just playing with my friend on my Vurhunga. I killed a diamond lion and a diamond level 5 wildebeest.
Love taking those kinds of shots. I recorded me hitting a shot so far that the wildebeest I hit didn't render until I zoomed in all the way and even then he would take a step and de-render lol

I had a double lung and heart shot last nite on a running Red Deer at 469yds with the modern 308. Topped my last by almost 100yds.

I did a grind for my albino lion and mostly found wigeon on the water between 12 and 3
Let me just say that I rarely comment but I just got my first diamond springbok because of the spot between those lodges in under 30mins so I highly suggest the area

Cuatro Colinas is pretty good in my honest opinion, Missions are quite easy there, you can grab a free 6.5mm there that looks amazing and there is the possibility that the 6.5mm becomes a Tier 3-7 rifle. Other option would be Te Awaroa there you can grab a free .303 FL Sporter. Really good Rifle for 4-8 Deer Hunting.
My personal Choice would be Spain for the 6.5mm since I like to take Range Shots and this gun is just amazing for that.

IMO, the m1 garand outperforms on the 308. The problem is the 308 just has a slightly less amount of recoil, so it's slightly more manageable. If you get recoil management level 3, You are better off stickign with the odd six. The odd six will hit vitals when the 308 will fall just a few pixels short.
EDIT:
IF you need to hit flying things , aim out ahead of the target sufficient to over-lead it, and then pop off rounds going slowly enough forward, that the target closes the distance between the bead and the target. It's not 100% garunteed to hit, but for me it works 70ish% of the time. If you need practice, go to hircschfelden and chill out in the strawfields, and just pick random geese and try to shoot them down. Geese pretty much fly over constantly on that map. The faster firing the weapon the better, as the tighter and shorter your spread is, the more chance you'll guesstimate the lead correctly.
