- THE RAINFOREST CHALLENGE IS ONE OF THE MOST DIFFICULT OFF ROAD RACES IN THE WORLD.
And it's here in the Philippines!
Join me for the RFC finale stage 1 in Tuburan, Cebu - an underrated municipality on the island's north coast.
With beautiful beaches, the Adela River, and a laidback town, I focused on the hinterland where the race was taking place - above the jaw-dropping Marmol Cliff, accessible only by traversing the riverbed.
Welcome to the Tuburan Coffee Farm, Cebu's first homegrown coffee, and a difficult, rocky course for the racers!

Amazing coverage! The orientation of the drone shot 2:20 of traversing through the river was epic. Close up videos of the action was exciting too. What an exciting vlog for myself as we use to do these types of challenges and off-road racing courses when i was in Japan. I had a good friend in Japan whom did these rally type racing back in the day mid eighties. He even won the Paris Dakkar twice in a row racing for team RallyArt Mistubishi Pajero, Hiroshi Matsuoka
Hahaha Kulas will never let you near the Tubaru ever again... But I can still imagine The Cateel Miracle9 beach race. Wowo another fantastic video and introduction to a very niche sport unknown to many in and outside the Filippines.

This was a tough and a challenging video to watching grown men decimating the natural beauty of the land and the flora/fauna destroyed along the way.
It was held in a contained area in the Tuburan coffee farm,probably most of the parts of the track would end up as coffee or cacao plantations in the next couple of years .
