Hi Rafael,
ClickShare can only be connected via HDMI to a monitor or projector. The USB ports on the base unit serve only for firmware updates and pairing of the ClickShare buttons.

If you want to use ClickShare Wireless Room System for video conferencing, you need to use ClickShare CX-20, CX-30, or CX-50.
They support USB peripherals so that you can start your wireless conference within 7 seconds.

USB A button will not work on C-5 and C-10.
You need to buy a new model, or you can try to connect your existing base unit to the touch controller in your meeting room.
