- Death is a sad time, but the Allah gives us no sanctioned 'ritual prayer' for the dead / living.
Same for all 'prayers' made up by men in Allah's name.
Let's let the Quran speak.

Salaamun Alayikum! Great segment. I really appreciate your effort in this matter. The problem Muslims have today is that those sheiks in the corner of where we live or sheiks/Imams on CZcams keep preaching cultural rules and forgetting what Allah is telling us in Quran.
May Allah reward you for sharing your understanding of Quran.
SA, culture / religious rite is not deen.
Fortunately, those who want to use their aqal can always do that.
I find it interesting that despite the clear evidence in your videos about Allah telling us to not be followers, people in the comments still ask you what they should do. WE are severely brainwashed.
Exactly, whenever someone quotes the Quran, verify it.
When some one gives their opinion, make sure they have taken the verse in the correct context.
If people have time to watch videos, ect. Take that time to read the Quran. Find your own Answers.
That being said, everyone is different and I believe everyone's islam is different. You can't have civilization without sheep. That sort of mindset is needed to build communities.
Indeed
Excellent
Wow what a knowledge musa bhai
Salamun Alykum. Dear Moses, Always sharing great information. I am concerned that we must be prepared to die at any time. According to Suny Muslims, they will not touch my body because I am Kafir to them. We need to have something decided for our family members so they don't have trouble handling that difficult situation. Please through some light on this topic. Thanks
SA, rites are for the living. The non-living body doesn't care what the living do after him/her.
Also, so long rites are not being ascribed to Allah, I find no issue in them
@Al Moses PhD - Quran Student Dear Moses, that is true, but my saying was our family members who are with us in this mission, so they don't have trouble. The funeral is expensive! If sunny have graveyard and they will not welcome my body, thus I need to educate my wife and kids not to get panic. Get buried where the government intends and must be cheaper, too😊.
Ah. I guess each family / person has to judge based on their individual circumstances here.
Brilliant, as usual🙏
Long ago a man working in muddy house and suddenly he died.
The elders advised to go wash to the dead body to clean up the mud from his body.
Suddenly, the dead body got up and since then every dead body is given a wash.
You made me chuckle

At the end of the video, many traditional translations (and may be tafseers), clearly stating the word "burhaan" as Nabi saw and all his mukjizats
SA, people can say whatever they like.
Per the Quran, the nabi had no micracles.
Thank you for sharing your knowledge as per the Quran teaching. Have you been considering to put all this in a book and the translation of the Quran as per your teaching here based on the evidence you have presented and based on your research within the Quran. I am looking forward InshaAllah to buying your book and the translation of the Quran that you have shared and propositions you have put forward.
Thansk but I have no intention to do a whole translation.
As a student, I'm more interested in what interests me than trying to earn money out of it.
@@AlMosesPhD I am hoping at some point you would change your mind and do the translation. I am not necessarily talking about earning money but by all means you have the right to earn money from anything that is halal. I fully understand it is your choice to do it or not. Here I am talking about spreading the truth and enlightening others and to reach a wider audience. With due respect at some point you cannot go on and keep claiming you are a student? You need to show perhaps credibility and assertion in the work you are doing and the bold claim and to some shocking claim based on the evidence you are putting forward. I am aware you do state with caution to take it or leave it. On a personal level I would like to see the tangible evidence to refer so we can check, cross-check, verify and process the propositions and evidence, which you are putting forward. If you are telling us you do not find wuzu, witr, ritual prayers etc exist or mention in the quran and do not conform to what we have been led to believe about the quran then we cannot just instantly make decision at the drop of a hat, but having the means to reference and verify them would be useful in deciding to leave it or to take it. I am just expressing my sincere thoughts but please hope you can find it in a constructive way.
I know what you mean brother.
Those who wish to learn, need just a nudge to get started. The Quran is a closed-system; everything can be easily cross-referenced without intermediaries like me or others.
@@AlMosesPhD My respect brother but I still think you have great opportunity to enlighten further.
Questions:, do you believe in praying to Allah to ask for something? How do you pray? How do you establish your two way connections(Salat) that you have been proposing.
Have you seen the whole series?
Thank you for all your video, can you please talk about Jilbab? Is it compulsory for women to wear them? I saw there are two complete different translation in Quram from Jalaba.
I don't find 'women' being treated any different from the men in the Quran.
Will talk about it one day
@@AlMosesPhD thank you for your answer Moses. I appreciate it
You remind me of quote " if you think like everybody else in the world it means you are not thinking"
Mainstream muslim dont think anymore.
No mentioned about women's hair in the Quran.
@@elbowstancenow1519 the thing is we already programmed to what is the meaning of" Jilbab". As soon as the translation said Jilbab our mind translated it as covering hair and your face (sunnah said it lts wajib or else god will put us in hell)
Any way that is why I ask Brother Moses what is the trully meaning of Jilbab there are 2 different meaning in translation that completely not related
Dear brother Moses. Can you cover topic on fear. In existing Quran interpretation and exegesis, there are so many ayah (verses) concerning fear. Is it deliberately interpreted such a way to control believers?. Your time and efforts is much appreciated. The FEAR is turning majority of the believer becoming judgmental, irrationals and surrendering their intellectuals. .

Such a great prayer and Moses never said Amen to it, what does that tell you?

Bcoz there is no term as Aameen . This term has been borrowed from biblical term of AMEN by Muslims in the past. Why should I n you have to take in such biblical meaning n give interpretation of our holy book

What of This Concept of "Holy Book"?
Don't you think Allah might have never sent any book, and Muslims just wanted to have one and copied the Judeo-Christian tradition of "God's Book"?

Salamun alaikum. Dear brother,
As you explained there is no ritual prayer on dead, then what Muslims should do before placing the dead body in the grave? Throw some light.
Same way quranic salah, Siam, hajj are different from the rituals which is followed by Muslims worldwide as explained by you. How do Muslims do??
SA, this is not a Quranic question--more in line for those who work in social sciences.
The Quran is silent on this topic.
The problem is that we won’t be able to bury our loved ones without the Janaza prayer. What can we do?
G bht mushkil kaam ha paar kaarna he paaraga
Rituals are for the living. So long as they are not ascribed to Allah, I don't find an issue
Make a video on what is kaba and masjid al haram, baytul atiq, jinns and angels, what is bible torah zabur, what or who is mohammadun.

@@AlMosesPhD No you either answer or make new videos.
@@rabbi619 I wouldn't have normally replied to a comment like this.
But brother you should really look at the way you are demanding instead of learning through material you've been pointed to. Is that the way of a student?
@@AlMosesPhD Sorry i actually didnt know you made more videos i see there is a problem there are people who are translating quran using lanes lexacon and they say that this translation is wrong what do you think of this and they always say that to go to the root word or to go to the hebrew word to know the meaning.
The problem with your old videos is that you speak urdu which is why i cannot fully understand what you say.
I'm afraid the answer to that is in 'Quran aur Aurat' series first vid in Urdu.
Assalaamu alaikum wa rahmatullaahi wa barakatahu.
Pls clarify to me abt the Ka'baa being built by Ibahim and Ismsil in the particular Ayasth you have referred - did they as father and son build it standing beside each other... or Ibrahim built it ( established Tawheed), and much later " Ismaeel " REBUILT" the Ka'baa re establishing the TAWHEED - that Ismaeel was a progeny from Ibraheems lineage ( a Nabi and a Rassool - surah 19 ayath 54 ).
I would appreciate yr learned view on this great misconception and in my view a defiant ignorance ofvtge edicts of the Holy Quran .
Barakallaahufeek wa jazakallah khair. Rabbanaa Ihdeena wa sadidnaa alas as SIRAATHAL MUSTAQEEM.
One more important matter related to Salaat and Salawaath.... why has ALLAAHUMMA robbed the place of Rabbsna and Rabbi in most of the duaas recited ( validated in the revered books of Hadeeths) whereas the Holy Quran emphatically guides us to interact in dua using the Blessed Names ( Al Asmaa Al Husnaa) and mostly Rabbi and Rabbana.
Barakallaahufeek wa jazakallah khair.
Wassalaamu alaikum wa rahmatullaahi wa barakatahu

wjy you dont discus from the long time in urdu ,,sir wi need in urdu please

Best to ask whoever made this term up.
In the Verse 84 you quoted, it suggests that the prophet used to do something, as you mentioned; activities, connections, building foundations etc on the grave of the righteous ones. But Allah instructed the prophet not to do anything on the graves of these ones because they died while they were Fasiqoun. Those activities you mentioned yourself are clear evidence that the prophet used to do somethings, some activities to and on the dead. These activities you mentioned are what we call Salatul Janaza. We called the activities Salat because Allah himself called the activities Salat( Wa la TUSALLI) You can give them any name you want but it is what it is.
Now my question to you is, since you rejected the existing activities, please tell us how do we practically carry out all the new activities that you just discover in your interpretation of the Ayat.
Where does it suggest the prophet was doing this 'janaza' ritual?
An order to stay away from something doesn't mean you were doing it before. Instruction "My teenage son, don't cheat in the exams!' does not necessarily mean my son WAS cheating.
What 'you' might call 'something' is not what the Quran refers to.
It was just a warning to the Messenger not to grieve for them. He was not doing it before. He was forewarned not to start doing it. The Quran does not mention (to my understanding) any practices at all for the dead

So you seem deleting people's comments than answering and clarifying doubts.....would you be able do the same on the day of judgement!!?? May Allah(SWT) make it easy for all-Aameen.
Instead of making yourself a judge over what 'seems' to you, much better to focus conversation back to the Quran.
I talk from the Quran and don't get into what 'seems' to people.
@@AlMosesPhD i actually watched almost all videos and you have a great knowledge of Arabic grammar but i could be wrong as Allah knows the best you did few mistakes, and you could have thought or made a few videos or a playlist on Arabic Grammar than targeting on specific non issues at the moment. You never mentioned in any of your video that Allah (SWT) knows the best. It's certain that you do not seems to believe in Hadith and claim most of the religion was changed during the periods of Banu Abbas etc, but you have no references or any details on those claims. Also you are not alone and your kind of people are defined well under "Quranism" @ en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quranism, and few have crossed many limits. My simple question is why Allah (SWT) made Quran so difficult that only a Phd would only interpret it right, and why a common person without Phd wouldn't get the message, why? Also how would you expect people to believe you (after 100 years) where you haven't believed others, hope you got the message. May Allah(SWT) make it easy for all, May Allah(SWT) grant us strengths to learn and understand Quran better and act upon the commandments of Allah (SWT) mentioned in Quran-Aameen. Apologies if I said any thing wrong, but you still haven't answered my old question that if you prayed 5 times a day, as the answer to this question will make everything clear! :) Jazak Allah.
@@AlMosesPhD Moreover i wrote "May Allah(SWT) make it easy for all-Aameen." to check if you would say "Aameen", but you didn't and I am wondering why!? and somehow getting the picture bit clearer... Take Care.. Lots of prays for you! :)
Even without listening to this lecture & even before mentioning rituals, remember that intermediaries (religious clergyman, special chants and offerings, and even readings from scripture) cannot alter the situation or character of a living person. If it's not possible for the living, then it's definitely not possible for the dead. It’s too late, deeds cannot be nullified or reversed. At time of death, the deceased’s book of deeds is shut. Nothing further can be done for them.
Well noted

SALAM . We are the only family not following the masses. I agree that these salat are un Quranic. Our family is in South Africa. What should i do if one of us passes? How should the burial be done for me in Canada?.
SA, very difficult situation indeed.
One has to live in their society / culture. Rites, cultural customs and actions that are not against what Allah said / aren't being done in His name, shouldn't be necessarily shunned.
THANKS
Don't worry. Just follow the legal procedure in the country of your domicile, i.e. death certificate, and proceed to bury the body without any need for rituals and what-nots!
It was the pagans who invented burial rites and rituals because they are assuming that their version of Allah is unable to give resurrection without their help in disposing of dead bodies.

I'm born in UK for past 20 years the imams never spoke English even though I requested them to speak English because they live in UK and when a new Muslim or people who don't understand Urdu , were never considered eventhough they're living in English speaking country, and these Muslims then become seperatists opening their own masjids against the Urdu community
Taste your own medicine
I remember I was at jumah 15 years ago in a predominantly Bengali Masjid but there were also Pakistani community and the time slot for the imam was 10 minute in Bengali and 10 minute in Urdu , the imam went over 2 minutes, then suddenly a guy stood up and shouted at the imam saying, when you going to speak Urdu, and this only happened once during the time I was around that community
All the while me thinking what hypocrites , they live in UK but don't want to speak to the mixed community in that language whilst taking all the benefits of UK, imagine I spent 2 years around that community and they never gave a speech in English and the guy lost patience after 2 mins
English is more popular language

Why add extra unnecessary rituals?
This quote right that Allah has not ordered the believers toIstakhara ritual ( to ask God what is good for him or her to do) because He has not ordered so in the Quran. Only three ritual prayers were offered during the revelations of the Quran, Fajr, Eshaa, And Juma’a ritual prayer or to offer ritual prayer for the dead, the one bowing ritual prayer called “ witr”, Taraweeh ritual prayers, Tahajud ritual prayer, or Sunnah and nafl ritual prayers in the Quran. And they were offered with two bowing only according to 4:101,102,103. Am I right or wrong. Please respond and correct me if I am wrong.
