Hello, I have researched all of these videos on the cups. I decided to try a small Saalt cup. I'm in my mid 40s had a child 22 years ago. Here is my story. It was extremely painful for me, and I tried 3 different folds, and 7 was the best for me. That cup popped and hit my urethra and it hurt so bad, and it also made me feel like I had to pee. It felt too thick I inserted it towards the tailbone I did this 5 times and had to take it out. I wore a pad the rest of the night because I was in pain. I went back to tampons. I am a bit disappointed because I have heavy periods and fibroid cyst on my ovaries, so I thought this could help me. I am happy to hear it works well for other women.
Honestly a major major thing for me was more so the material rather than the size (which I thought was my issue at first). When I first went for it I got a smaller cup but I had the same issue with the pain. So I ended up looking for cups that have less of that pronounced rim because whenever that part popped ooooh I felt it … I think the intimina design (NOT THE PORTABLE ONE) I really liked cause it’s like ridge-less and it didn’t have like ripples and ridges all over it which I’m too hyper sensitive to…using the KY liquid water lube was also life changing! Maybe this may help but if not I hope you know you’re not alone!
For me discs were the solution. They just don't put pressure on the urethra and they basically work without any worried like "Did it pop? Can my muscles hold it?" and so on 😊
Love these! I was waiting on the rest of your shorts from this period. Will those be coming?
Eep I forgot to upload. I ran into issues with some being removed on another platform and forgot to finish it out 😂
@@PeriodNirvana haha it’s never too late
I'm kind of surprised how clean looking it seemed when you took it out and showed it though? Kind of expected it to be absolutely covered, lol
Nothing gets past a good seal :)
