I like the look of that swing plate, if I put it behind the ball then if my transition throws my hands outside the line then then pole will stab me and cause pain, always a good incentive to change the swing !

I hit left all the time... I have that same release struggle... plus I early extend and i really struggle with having a downward AoA. I'm always at and around 1-2 degrees up.

Good video @jchowngolf. You probably covered this in another video but when I let my arms drop like you mentioned on the video, it tends to create two outcomes when rotating : a push slice or a hook.
What is the fix to keep the ball straight?
