So far in 2023 Calgary’s Market is heating up again. Homes are selling above ask and with multiple offers. If you are considering building new you might avoid multiple offers however there might not be any lots available for you to purchase. The current price difference between Airdrie and Northwest Calgary is roughly $60,000. Hi! I would absolutely love to go film it. I'll go do that next. Currently, most new communities will have HOA fees inside of Calgary. The range is between $105 and $400 per year. Hope you enjoyed the video. 😊
