I also use mod podge glue it washes out of paint brushes. It’s been hanging on my wall for a year no problems. They also sell the glue at the dollar tree. And I use heavy duty black Velcro to hang it up. No holes in the wall.

That's a good idea to use the foam board and that 5 panle is so pretty 😁 your grandma is going to love it.
