Firefly will add Penang - Kuala Lumpur services from 16 June 2024, with 5x weekly services, however Penang-Kuala Lumpur Subang flights will remain operational, but not sure if Malaysia Airlines will continue to operate the Kuala Lumpur-Penang services after 16 June
Its honestly great to see Firefly is adding flights to KUL,i think that Firefly can make KUL another hub for their network and other than flying to their other hubs and focus city they can launch short/mid haul flights to cities that Malaysia Airlines currently operates like Cebu City, Koh Samui, Port Blair, Siem Reap,etc
Firefly will use Terminal 1 at Kuala Lumpur International Airport

What’s the best seat to watch the circus? I saw they have VIP 1, 2 & 3
I waited for the doors to open and got the front row of Hot seats. Seats are first come, first served, and I felt that getting the first row of the Hot seat was the best choice for value for money.
On the other hand, if you choose VIP only VIP1 is worth it.
VIP2 and VIP3 are more expensive than the front row of Hot seats, but may not be worth it enough.
