EC must be neutral. How can EC keep mum when '' Murkho ke sardar ", "Rahu Ketu ", and saying '' Aisa button dabao ki congress ko shock lage/khatum ho jaye"....These are not expected from P.M. and H.M. !!!! The fear of losing the elctions is seen in their frustration clearly.

In Telangana, the BRS is working against the model of the code of conduct wearing pink jercy, sarees, rallies after stipulated hours, shrwedly working. The Balaghat DRO working against such six boxes of ballot papers without all party leaders were not informed.As in countimg day, elections counting of such making 50 BP bundles in several lots. They were perhaps stamping the blank BP in fvg of BJP - tempering the model cofe of conduct of the ECI.Sri Arun Yadav knows the malpractices, malafied intentions, wilfull doings.
