- We visited Infinity's mother's house, where he cooked up his New York styled chicken pelau. His mother prepared some mouth-watering fried chicken, agouti, and wild hog.

Good night, we usually add sweet peppers to our pelau as well. Some additional green seasoning is added after the water is added and boiling.
