【Hack】Sonic 2 Simon Remastered

The Sonic 2 Simon Remake is my personal new project, with the main goal of making the Sonic 2 obsolete version: Simon, making it look more like the final release version. I will do my best to complete the WZ, DEZ, HPZ, and some other areas, but of course, I am just trying to see if it can be completed.
