I have yet to see a commo check or a decent piece of commo gear, let alone an inkling of command and control going on amongst these groups. I feel the bright colored clothing says it all.
The groups out in the streets during the day usually are fat retards, the ones out during actual protests at night have secure comm systems, NVGs, and usually have better training and stuff.
