So quick update on what I think of the product since it just came in today. The material appears very strong, not only that, but it's surprisingly lightweight. I'm not sure if this next part is a con for anyone but I think it's a pro, this thing is SHARP! not like cut yourself sharp, but more of a pound of flesh sharp. It's sexy, for sure. I think the part I love with this is the fact that it comes with all these very nice rainbow colored anodized screws as well as a very very very nice tire plug made of the same material. I did notice some scratches on the bottom of one of the axle block, but I can forgive that.
Cool stuff like this is why I wish I got an GT instead of an XR. I got my XR brand new last summer but it already feels outdated :(
Don’t feel bad dude ! The XR is a great platform. That’s where I learned how to ride for sure ! Keeep ripping and when it feels right purchase that GT and vesc your xr . Let’s get it

How much more clearance can you get from those rails
You raise it almost a whole inch higher ! .80 “ of an inch above stock! Or you can lower it that same measurement under stock. Thx you for watching 💪💪💪
use the term "cost effective" rather than cheaper. cheaper can be misunderstood as lower quality even though you were clarifying by stating there's less machine work.

On the katana. You don’t get the carriers correct? Do they work with stock blocks. Or do you need other parts?
No carriers , they do work with stock blocks or crazy hubs that open up more height adjustments

fuck, i just bought adjustable ride height, but that tail angle is hard to resist. I am now $900 poorer

Do the katana rails come with Axel carries as well?
They do not but come with two different built in height adjustments and you can add crazy hubs to give the other two height settings
I did overnight to get mine finish up I just need to do the tilt fix seems front low

I’m on the lowest I think I have the same set up like yours. I’m on elevated mode now but I’m not liking it. Still need proper tilt adjustment. That blue rails is sick af btw now I want blue😂
@@rabs2020 I think elevated would be ok on second to lowest in certain situations but that tail is too close on lowest setting. Have you tried NRF yet ? By end of weekend I’ll have the digital tilt video uploaded to help with it 💪💪💪
