If you want to complain about anyone in this vid draven is your guy.

In a vacuum I can understand the view of the chat though, I hardly ever pay attention to in game chat if ipav doesn't bring attention to it himself. So the Vlad bragging about how he's the only Vlad OTP in challenger, how he's aiming for rank 1, and how his champ which isn't OP is currently wiping the floor with ipav's team, were the first things I saw before I went back to look at the full game's chatter.

i mean i get vlad's point and everyone deserves to have fun but it sucks playing normals and getting to play against a challenger on his main, especially one that is really hard to counter if you don't know what you're doing (like normals players against a challenger player). that draven was just salty, vlad was entirely justified in talking shit to him.
I don't think the Vlad was cocky or whatever, I think the Draven was and was tilted that he wasn't ahead and 1 shooting everyone yet. Like remember that Draven wanted to surrender, and called our IPAV an inter. That kind of person, are the ones who ruin league. But most ppl ignored it cuz theyre on your team or they're talking/typing rudely to someone who is ahead/fed but is simply responding back. There was nothing he said that was rude :S, the Vlad that is. But hey thats league, most ppl don't see the issue if it eventually benefits them and the toxicity continues. Lesser players may have surrendered with Draven or the Draven would literally run it down more. I don't condone that kind of behaviour, it's too serious for a norms.
