I was actually very confused that that was a real question in a real school math book. The question basically answers itself. What kind of math question is that?
@@blablubb4553He would have to add to find out how much money Jaden had altogether which means he would have to know the value of a quarter (25 cents) and a penny (1 cent). Then he would have to know how to write a whole (the dollar) and part of a whole (the coins) as a decimal. This would be considered an addition math problem involving money.

ALL Parents have been there and did the encouraging while keeping the laughter at bay.
Don't lie to your kid, just tell it is not good, needs improvment, but at least it's funny. That's an achievement too.

They aren't barking at each other. Lots of dogs have this reaction to being separated by a gate. The theory I've heard is they do it out of frustration of being able to see a dog they want to interact with but being unable to. They will often do the same thing when you hold them back on a leash away from each other. They aren't being aggressive, or trying to fight, they are basically just really excited to see another dog and annoyed that there's a barrier stopping them from doing dog stuff together, so when the gate opens they calm down.
Just because someone will say something like this. I don't mean no dogs that are barking each other want to fight.

It is possible for drivers to make mistakes and accidentally stop on the crosswalk. Deliberately walking on someone’s car is a good way to get shot. And for what? Because he couldn’t walk 3 feet out of his way? Good luck in the future kid.
Seemed pretty set up to me...Why would you be videoing a random car? It's very common for drivers to do this so there wouldn't be any reason to video it.

She tried. She was also struck by the scooter that was beside her.
She probably also collided with and fell on top of more scooters out of shot. At the speed she was moving, off-balance and moving towards those obstacles it's very unlikely she'd have stayed on her feet.
Don't worry though. You're in good company; the driver ignored her too.
I'm sure that took care of it, and everyone had a wonderful rest of the day.

ladies and gentlemen.... muh feelings. - some people need to perservere. those who don't, aren't ever going to make the cut for what they're after. "suffering for your art" isn't just sentiment, it's real. either suffer, or pretend everything is rainbows and unicorns in an office job where nobody can hurt your fee fees about your bad art.
the only time AJ is right, is when the kid is punished for not being good enough. the whole point of the mother father dynamic is to encourage understanding of both affection and objective comedy.
however. the drawing was kinda good. likeness isn't the point. the lines were clear. intent and shape was clear, all it takes now is decades of learning and years of failing to make it a realistic, life-like still painting. but we ain't allowed to tell kids they suck because people like AJ think it's a bad thing. that whole last clip from all 3 people was adorable on all levels. that little girl has a great mother and father just for that dynamic we saw for 10 seconds. i'd love to have had a father. or someone to tell me what i've done was shitty.
and if that's not what AJ meant. then this is a complete failure on the lessons taught on how to communicate ones own thoughts. either way. AJ is wrong to "feel bad" for someone else not knowing the truth/facts leading up to that moment. eventually, mothers opinion won't mean shit cos it's always affirmative while dad will be the arbiter of truth telling where honesty can be tough on the kid. she's in great hands. i'm jealous of that kid.

Hey, all art starts out that way. My drawings looked like that when I was a kid. All that mattered was that my parents encouraged me to keep it up. And I did. Still do. It's one of my favorite hobbies, and it's expanded from drawing into painting and sculpting too.

That's a veal calf. Taken from mother at birth and locked in a small cage where it will stand until butcher so rich folks can have soft meat. Its a miserable, but thankfully short life.

@@Durwood71 nope. I refuse to eat veal or foie gras. I want an animal to live a good life and then killed quickly and humanely before I eat it. Making an animal suffer its entire life just so I can have a "delicacy" sickens me. That's why I prefer free roaming chicken, yard eggs, etc. When and where I can, I buy directly from the producer, where I can see how the animal lives.
Nice montage. The last clip was particularly touching. Mom worked on encouraging her son while Dad lost control. The little guy was definitely upset. I immediately wanted to hug him.

The PCR test woman was slightly funny but I 100% feel her on that. I really, really hate that experience. I feel for the health workers doing the tests, too. No idea how people on the front lines dealt with getting those tests regularly. Really looking forward to the day where we don't have to deal with those tests anymore.
The tests are pretty useless anyway and there's no reason not to just use a suck-it-n-see antigen lollypop type
