Hey ! Can I use any liquid foaming gel?
I think u should emulsify to combine the oil base and water base, if not, it will separate into 2 layers
Hmmm 🤔 well you see, I did 3 of my scrubs like this and only one separated, I think the consistency is important here, if it too liquid with other ingredients like honey then it will separate, but with only oil and surfactant like she did, my body scrub didn’t separate but my lip scrub did, bcz there were no surfactant but honey and oil to it. 😊
The surfectant should act as an emulsifier to a certain extent so it won't separate unless you're adding too much oil

QUESTION can I add my own oil like shea butter and I also love apricot and vitamin E oil..when I mix these together.

sorry about the late response.
but no it’s not gonna dye your tub or nothing, an foaming agent is like your regular shower gel so it’s good for your skin and I don’t remember the link or I don’t have the link anymore but I believe these jars are on Amazon.
is the preservative required? or can you skip it?
Yes it recommended to use the preservative especially if it’s going to be in the shower where water can get into it

I have tried to find what you referred to as liquid foaming gel but nothing comes up accept hand cleansers , Do you mind sharing where you purchased it from ?
Liquid Castile Soap, bubble bath or Cocoamidopropyl Betaine are all good foaming agents.
Good morning hope you are doing well! Sorry about the late response. Any liquid that foams I consider it to be a foaming gel! So you can use any soap base As long as it is safe for the skin. I strongly recommend castile soap our shower gel!

No it does not
How does this hold up in the heat? Does it lose consistency? Since is has coconut oil in it, does it solidify when cold at all?

So it all depends on your consistency. However the coconut oil, have never affected my product
before so I cannot speak on it.

Do you have to melt down your coconut oil before using it? Or do you use the kind that is already liquid?
@@cheyannefuruset9304 Pure coconut oil consistency depends on the temperature it is in. Cold temp will be solid, Hot temp will be liquid. If you buy coconut oil in high temp and it's solid, it's not pure coconut oil.

Any brand of soup base will work , I recommend regular granulated sugar!
