It's mentioned in the video. The bike itself can reach up to 130 but the bike is set up to only reach up to 110. If you, somehow, are to disable the feature that blocks it from reaching that speed and you also change the petrol intake, the bike could give you more than 130 easily since its a 200cc engine.
