I in fact did psychedelic therapy using Jon Hopkins’ album ‘Music for Psychedelic Therapy’ and it truly was like entering different “worlds” through his music. And the way that album was crafted with no dead air- you just hear a sound that cues you that it is time to leave the place your in. You have enough time to say goodbye and be carried to the next world. It was an incredible experience. I was just astounded with this album and the way it integrated with the psychedelic experience.

Everything in this video is made with granular synths + filtering. Stretched, reverbed, the usual stuff. Even when you hear those gentle ‘stutters’ it’s just playing with the grain size, grain shape and grain amount.
