Nice machine you got there! I have to say, I laughed so hard when you turned it to clean mode and let it clean itself right into your cup of coffee! LOL. I love to top off my cappucino's with a little cleaning water and milk residue! HAHAHAH Thanks for the video. You are the man!
@@monicahartman3013 Yep. It goes like this. Take your Cappuccino or Macchiato off the drip tray. Put an empty cup on the tray. Turn knob to clean. Done. As illustrated in the owners manual and every video that Nespresso shows. For an "americano" (Lower case a) make espresso, no milk, then use optional water spout to add several ounces of water.
New user- I have been allowing the cleaning water to go into my cup too like this video shows. Seems to me it is just the same clean water used to make the pod?
Everyone so jealous of his machine, and yet he sipped his cappuccino with the cleaning water like a baller while y’all whining. Kudos I’m getting one and gonna enjoy all kinds of cleaning water
Why are people so bothered about him cleaning it into the coffee, it's not as if it's cleaning fluid it's just milk and water that the coffee is made of.
Hi Alex, yes I am happy with the machine. I find the coffe is always at a good temperature for me. The only thing I find is that even though there is a low water warning the machine may let you know when your half way through making a coffee and stop, which may mean you have waisted a capsule. So now I check the water level by sight each morning.

You should not put the cleaning water into your coffee....
Yes you do, if you want American coffee!
How do you not have the cleaning water go into your coffee?? Is there an option to not have the water poured out like that?

Jennifer Powers no. Take your Cappuccino cup away and put a empty cup before you turn the knob to clean
Never leave capsules in the extractor, also always flush the coffee part by pressing espresso button
