      @@SomeKindOfThing At roughly 22:18, Professor Strandberg refers to a file that is included with the course; however, I haven't been able to source it either. The Duke University website does not have any reference to it and merely refers one to this CZcams lecture series.

      @@TheWhitehiker When you rush to knowledge, you can easily miss the richness of the journey, or even miss the point entirely.

      It's like reading great literature. Some books you just cannot scan down the page. Some are written to be read slowly and deliberately, perhaps even pausing for a moment at the end of a sentence. (I suggest you pause before responding.)
