    I did these streches before practice and when we start practice we run the court 10 times I saw an increase in speed I think it was cause my legs and my body were not stiff it works trust me 👍👌

      you stretch when you're finished, warm up then stretch to get the muscles in place. don't stretch before practice or you'll probably tear something

    Stretching daily ( morning and Night. After and before workouts ) really made me excel on the court. Faster and helped me improve my dunking ability. 🙏🏽 thank you so much

      As to your question, the only way to truly know is to do the routine a few nights before bed and see if it impacts your sleep.

    Coach, what are your thoughts on dynamic stretches vs static stretches before playing? I've read that static stretching with a long hold (I think 60 seconds) can hamper some of the power you get from your muscles.

      I am all about what works best for EACH player -- so try dynamic stretching and see how your body reacts and feels.

    How long can your muscles stay activated post-stretching if you don’t immediately play right away? For example, I have about a 25 minute commute for my men’s league games and its so much easier for me to stretch at home before I leave. Would I still feel fresh after the 30 minutes of idle body movement in the car or would I need to fully stretch again before playing?

      preferably id say you do a couple of those stretches and ur body should ignite that static and good condition again from earlier

      you wouldnt need to fully stretch again, just do some light stretches to get loose

    Coach I need help with my shooting I tried eliminating my thumb flick but I don't think that's my problem sometimes I release off the wrong fingers (ring and pinky) I'm 5'8 and I play against ppl older and bigger so finishing around the rim doesn't always work

    I have my first practice on Monday and im not ready at all, school ends at 3:06 and practice starts at 3:15, i have to change, stretch, and do my warm up all in 9 minutes

      You can pick out just a couple of these to do each day that will leave you enough time to get up some shots. But remember to be the most effective player you need to be properly stretched and warmed up.

    Now I might sound really stupid with for what I’m about to ask
    I’m 12 years old that’s like super competitive with my friends and all that and they’re a little better than me I want to use this program to close that gap.
    I called your program and a person named Chris helped me (he was really nice) but he said that this training is only videos but when I watch talks other CZcams videos I see kids in the gym showing what to do and competing and have shirts and everything like that I was wondering how you join that or something or is it for where you live @joe
