In 1997 I was facing a divorce,lost my home and was living in a homeless shelter running my business. I was introduced to Jesus through this song and every day I would listen to it over and over again while attending bible studies. I still do the same every day and can proudly say _ I am a Believer in Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior because through every trial there a song of Worship that ministers to the Heart.
God is amazing. My daughter surprised me while I heard her singing while in the room. I fell to my knees and thanked God for the way she is being raised. She's almost a teenager so she has to know how to find the presence of God on her own and this just did something to me!! God bless!!

This is one the most powerful African American projects that I have ever been exposed to. This isn't a race card but it is so selfless. I can feel the power of God and sense the humility. I am so impressed with God and just covered by this expression of passion and love.
When you truly want to get in the presence of God, then you have to go back to such a time as this when praise and worship was at its very best! Kieth Staten is by far one of the greatest worship leaders of our time. I am always taken into another realm of worship when I hear this song.
OMG, we had so much fun recording this project at my old church in Detroit, MI - Life Line Christian Center. This song would always usher me into worship. During the rehearsal the anointing was so powerful I couldn't contain myself. Fred Hammond said OK praise break lets all worship the Lord. It was totally awesome! I will never forget the experience.

This was 1996. He's made guest appearances, check Israel's first project, and he's focused more on being worship leader at his ministry. I'm almost certain that he felt the call to be in the public eye he'd be. With the anointing that God has given him, I'm sure he's not doing this for popularity.

I remember this song, my Dad would play it in the car. Now that I'm in my early 20's I can understand and relate to each word.❤🙏
