I am asking a question because I am completely ignorant on the subject (not claiming anything): So if I sue someone and I lose the trial - I have to pay up for the time waste, lost revenue of the defendant etc. Now, if we as tax payers are paying for these stupid trials and they will be lost, shouldn't we demand our lost revenue back from those who used the money to launch this witch hunt?
