Judge Loya case ke bare mein kya bolte hain Amit shah?? Is that judgement of the SC justifiable? Dismissal of the case of a mysterious death of a Judge ( first time in Indian history)who was going to attend a crucial case, against a top cabinet minister who has the responsibility of Home affairs!! No wonder why judges were silent untill recently against arrests of journalists!! The releif has come only lately. Purkayasta us released. SC said the arrest was illegal!!
