    On your modified Float formula you reference a level column but this is not displayed in your video. Can you advise how this referenced column is set up

    Thanks for the hint on saving the data on a previous baseline.
    Why did the float for some of the tasks on the critical path show 10 days (eg at 1 min 50)?
    Also I don’t like adding lag into a dependency; if the lag is a delay then I’d add a “delay task” which is not assigned to anyone but can be tracked (the delay could be longer than estimated and that may be nice to see).

      Hi Michael - thanks for the comment. I touch on the float question later on in the video. In the case of rows 41 and 43, there's 10 days (2 weeks) gap between the end of one and the start of the next, but in that case it has the 2 week lag built in that you avoid using by creating an additional task, which becomes the PMs choice as how best to show these things on their plan

      @@Smartsheetexpert thanks for the answer. A lag to me means that it is a fixed duration (could be a delivery time or a curing time or whatever). That isn’t the same as float as the lag is fixed. Anyway, I don’t like using lag as I said.
