i can def say, making animation CAAAAN be really hard, if you're trying to make it smooth and fluent, I can see your movements are still kinda stiff, but the editing is really nice though and I do wish I had that editing talent.
    A TIP ON SMOOTHER ANIMATION:
-Animate each bones as much as you can
such as moving a hand, it isn't normally stiff, and they can bend inwards, never outwards though, then it's gonna look like you're breaking bones lol, it's gonna have a small bounce at the end too when you stop it suddenly IF you're going normal-fast speeds, slow and precise movements can be a bit stiff as you like.
-Learning how other types of Motion Styles work
I am not sure what type of animation program you use, but there are a couple of styles you can try out, like 'Stepped, where it entirely removes movement and is useful for Pose-To-Pose animating or a Stop-Motion-esc type of feel, whilst 'Spline helps make your movements feel smoother and human like, the Default one is usually 'Linear, which makes it feel stiff and straight-forward sometimes, all the ones i've explain aren't ALLLL of the motion styles, but it's the ones I know well at the moment, always see which motion style is best for your current animation progress, Need to make Poses to help you get a grasp how it looks, use Step and animate between the Poses you make.
-Take references and maybe even do the motions yourself IF you're unsure how it's supposed to look
This is always a good way to see IF your animation is realistic moving, simply record yourself doing the action, or nab somebody else doing it, and you can simply just try to replicate it.
    -Learning from other animators
Look up Doodley and the Basic Principles of animation if you wanna learn more of this topics. I'm not trying to shit on you as a Creator, far from it, I simply just wanna share and help you grow, yknow?
Either way, that's all the information I think I can give you right now, because none are popping up in my head, Continue creating and have a good day mboy

Thank you! The stiffness was meant as a more "cartoony" and "comic" look as the style of the models is quite that. But I appreciate the tip! I do have to mention that this was something I did during a 2 hour class (not that it matters but there was a time limit). I also think I'm just used to those "cartoony" or less realistic styles as I've done other projects in the same style, Arcane, Anti mercy metaverse etc. So I'm not really as used to it as I am to the regular styles. I will definitely try to work on getting the hang of more styles to make it all seem smooth. Thank you!
