Do you remember the classic cop show "ChiPs" from the 1970s? The series followed the lives of two California Highway Patrol motorcycle officers. Well, now the Hilliard Division of Police has its own. This summer we're introducing "HiPS" -- the Hilliard Traffic Safety Unit. Drive safely, Hilliard!
