BACK TO JUMPS AFTER 4 MONTHS OFF!

After looking at my latest X-ray, my consultant gave me the all clear so I can start to doing a little more with some small low impact jumps! Categorically cannot crash or get carried as it’s only been 4 months since snapping my femur but I’m so happy to get a little bit of air! ❤️Thanks for all the support, its only getting better from here!
