Actually before installing turbo to a engine we check it’s compatibility on the following parameters
Comparison ration
Size of intake and exhaust valves
Fuel injection for air fuel mixture
Design of header pipes to ensure proper air flow to compensate the high intake of air
A ecu map change according to the new air mass flow
Stress on cylinder wall piston rings connecting rod
And the turbo lag
In short we need custom turbocharger made specially for a engine
We can increase the power by changing euc header pipes rear sprocket change increase number teeth on it
It will increase power but not much
Increase the teeth in sprocket will definitely give u an extra toque but decrease in top speed

Bhai aapki curiosity aur usko leke itne deep mein jana, engine ki working, turbo ki working samjhna great. Fail hona pass hona alag but ye sab karke jo knowledge milta hai aur kuch had tak execute karneka jo satisfaction hota hai uska maja alag. Bas aage jab aisa kuch karo to kisi bike testing plant mein test karwalo. Appreciate ur efforts.

It's a good thing you try the experiments and then inform people what problems you faced . It's very informative. It's always risky when engine components are modified. To all the people who are commenting against Saurabh. If people didn't experiment then we would have still been riding mopeds and there wouldn't have been much progress in automotive industry. But all experiments should be done safely with full safety gear should things go south.

Sir aap guess kr skte h ki aap kitne PSI KA BOOST generate kra dia ho ga.
Qnki mene bhi research krri h to 10 psi ka boost bahot hota h bikes k liye busa 10 psi mei 50-60 hp extra aaram se bina kisi dikat k nikal deti h.

Maine bhut shuru mai bataya tha ki bina dyno test kiye turbo jaise experiment nhi krne chahiye. Apka engine oil cooled tha to bach gya, agar air cooled hota to engine bhi aag pakad leta. Turbo ka concept liquid cooled engines mai shi rehta hai kyunki cooling jyada hoti hai.
You are right brother..i have seen his couple of videos about turbo charging his bike and i knew it will not work but at that moment i did not say anything because there are so many people who would have said that i am stupid for telling him what to do or not. For turbo charging any engine need to be liquid cooled and proper turbo lubrication,ecu re maping, engine ring piston need to be customised,cooling for turbo charged air , waste gate control all this need to be electronically controlled by ecu,and for this new ecu is required which is suitable for turbocharger and lot of hours of dyno testing for proper working. He is lucky that his engine didn't explode, atleast he realised what he did was wrong.

You have reduced your engine life by doing this as you have not tuned the engine before working on it the engine would have been knocking the whole time

buddy u got a over boost as u didnt had wastegate in your turbo . aur bhaiya ye force induction hai tyre change nahi jo koi bhi karlega . btw nice try . kafi galtiya thi aapke model mai but u tried and thats what matters . cauz koshis karne walo ki kabhi haar nahi hoti hai

Dude ...u have to learn what u are exactly going to do ...u need proffisional help .... It's not some dish u can just put some used parts and make it perfect .....also u r risking u r life with all this ....so dont do any thing unprofessionally in the name of DIY ....
So turbo is not practical for bikes.
