Is it really or is it just a part of life that all of us have to go through trying to figure out our place in the world? From Gilgamesh to Moses and the Buddha, every protagonist in a story has that journey. Instead of fighting a dragon or a giant, seeking wisdom through austerity and meditation, the solution we come up with in our time is sex change. Really? Only if our ancestors were alive, their jaws would drop to the floor with the biggest WTF.
I believe it’s something we all go thought and is okay only if zero outside influence is involved. Natural unprovoked identity issues are okay. It’s gods path, grown adults manipulating and being okay with influencing such a serious serious change is not.
Personally I was taught in H.S. about identity and ego. It was called and is still to this day called the ID. Purpose was always the quest. From the beginning of mankind, purpose has always been the question or goal. I found my ID at 17. I still think I am an Alpha male. And a major pothead. Also, kind and giving. To me that is called a Socialist.
