It’s great that Demi Moore is back on the screen. Can’t wait to see this.

My most outré cinematic experience was watching Thundercrack at La Scala in the 80’s. Essentially the old dark house, for 160 minutes we were treated to a melange of grotesquerie…fear of Ladies girdles, testicular elephantiasis and a horny gorilla are just some of the delights. Horribly compelling watching this hardcore, gonzo z-movie tumble and slide into incoherence. Quite frankly I haven’t had so much fun since the old King died.

I think my most over the top film experience was probably The Wachowskis "Jupiter Ascending," - at least in terms of an over-the-top experience that put a smile on my face. Most over-the-top movies disgust me (poor things, the baby of Macon, the City of Lost children) but Jupiter Ascending had a delicious sugar coating. And sugar centre. It was sugar. I buzzed out of the cinema!

Hello Peter, Dabney Coleman passed away aged 92 recently, and Kevin Costner worked with him on Yellowstone (2018).
