She's right, actually. I personally have always thought that because I am so ugly, there really isn't much of a point in plastic surgery unless i want to change my entire face. Rather, if i were like a 6 or 7, I would consider plastic surgery to fix my flaws. Hahaha.

Right!! Like it's normal to find someone average looking/not pretty, but doesn't mean it's right to joke about something like that. Especially right in front of the girl herself, it might've really hurt her feelings.

I find it so ironic... that she hates anything and everything "fake" (e.g. positive energy, haters, activists, other influencers, etc.) but thinks nothing of putting fake implants into her own body? I've got nothing against plastic surgery... but I'm just curious... How does she reconcile with her own hypocrisy? Or does she not see the obvious?!? I wouldn't inject artificial stuff into myself, put on fake lashes, photoshop every photo I put out there and then call others out for being "fake". (Sorry, proclaiming loudly to the public what you did to your face doesn't make you any more real.)
Because both are obviously very different things. Do you wish to have many fake friends (who doesn't put on makeup/plastic surgery) who pretend to be nice to you but trash talk you behind your back. And secretly hope you fail in life.
Or would you rather have real friends who always stand by you through all bad and good times ( even thou they have surgery done)
