I played rakan mid a couple of times, he is very strong mid game and late game, and sometimes even early game (depends on the match up) he has good sustain, passive + q, decent dmg, and alot of roaming potential, it's good to see that someone want to play him mid :D

I've been doing this for some time now, try it with echoes lich and shiv. Preferably with a friend (Heiz maybe) and make sure to take font of life. Echoes does more damage than night harvester ever could.

Yo, as a Rakan mid player, i can say that Rakan is especially good vs melee assassins, do not blind pick Rakan mid if u can't flex it with mates.
Laning phase : U can get an early kill lvl 2or3 if u are playing laning right (matchups like katarina, fizz, yasuo). Push the lane as fast as possible, aa when they last hit.
Stuff : I recommend Statik, Protobelt, Lichbane for splitting if u are ahead and Protobelt, lich bane, zonhya for teamfighting if u are behind. Both stuffs can oneshot midgame, statik helps u farming and secure lategame.
Best jungler to play with : Reksai (easy cc and huge dmg early)
Don't forget to roam, play with your jungle, Rakan is better than any melee assassin's in early 2v2.

Got something you maybe havent seen before with new items and it has some INSANE carry potential. On hit miss fortune!. Simply get guinsoo first then greaves boots and kraken slayer. Followed by muramana and for sustain you take bloodthirster&cringebow. With max W and guinsoo your attack speed caps at 2.5 rather quick so runes are optional. Preferably i take Lethal tempo for the quicker attacks but PTA works eprfectly fine!
AP Rakan passive shield is pretty beefy especially at the end there.
May be a little hard to pull off but Eve, Sera, Ahri, Rakan and Renata for the charm squad. Rakan to pull them together, Sera to secure them for the Renata R with Ahri and Eve on straggler/runaway duty. Tis a full AP comp is a bit of a drawback

IMO, protobelt is still a must to get prio in some matchups
Lulu is a support who can go mid and body people pretty easily if you are good on her. Especially if you go on-hit lulu with rage blade and static shiv.

It’s funny that he says mid is the strongest role. But Rakan, Nautilus, and Karma are supports that work very well mid, and any bruiser basically makes the game unplayable for the enemy if they’re slotted mid. Jg/adc are the only roles that matter everyone else can play frontline/support XD
Nocturne lost his team the game due to Nocturne-idis. Similar to Lee Sin-idis. That mentality of I MUST GO IN!!!!

you should play ashe run it down and then build all movement runes like phase rush, nimbus, celerity, waterwalking, magical footwear and approach velocity and then be really annoying to everyone by staying out of range when they try to atk you and then chasing them while slowing them when they try to run so they can't escape. then build all movement speed crit items because you slow is doubled on a crit
