The real magic happened when the architects fused the clients' heartfelt desires with innovative design concepts and the surrounding site context. Their shared love for plants and greenery shaped the soul of this dwelling. To achieve this vision, lush garden spaces are meticulously integrated at each level, ensuring that the beauty of nature touches every nook and cranny.
The project's key highlights are the use of a filler slab, a massive skylight, the use of a brick dome, and nature at every level. The architect walks through the house discussing in detail about different spaces.

One, this is one of the most beautiful home I have seen in a while. Kudos to the Architect and her team (if any) who conceptualized this.
Second, it would be interesting if you also spoke about the practicality aspects such as:
1. Waterproofing since you have so many plants at all levels
2. Keeping harmful insects out
3. Prevent breeding of mosquitoes
4. Longevity of the materials used
This is heaven for my mom who loves gardening. She loves her plants more than me

Wonderful! Resort like home! Well planned keeping the needs of the client. Didn't see any AC in any of the rooms. Probably the xventilation takes care of the need for a cooler space in Summer. With all the openings that are used for circulation would like to know how the cooler and colder months are managed. Overall nice work Chaitra & team

Beautiful house plan green house if make some changes to avoid too much maintenance then become dream house, plot size only 45 × 60 around 300 sq yards, some portion of building so beautiful, some part of building i not like.. still keep old well thats nice, Any how simple good small greenary house..

Crazy coincidence, i took the road in front of this house like a day ago & was seeing this house. Otherwise I usually take the road next to it which has a Kia showroom & dont see this house at all.
The cricketer Javagal Srinath use to live in the previous house on this property I think.

Its not a house but a "home"...the study table in son & daughter's bedroom have been located perfectly and receives good light...which makes it a dedicated space for studying.....the skylight lit stairwell floods natural light into which along with the plants make the space look lively and optimistic...
It is more of an "earthy , rustic & climate responsive architecture ".......should have explained more about the "eco-friendly aspects" like passive strategies, if modern techniques like rain-water harvesting ,integration of solar panels etc... have been used to make the house sustainable.....

@gouthamn603 I have lived in bengaluru and if you go to nearby parks and the lakes in them, you have to very careful in monsoon.
Can I ask one random question which pops in my mind " How they are dealing with mosquitos and bugs , especially in rainy seasons" ?

Can someone estimate the cost ?
I am curious to know of it is centrally air-conditioned..weather in summers can get very hot...what happens to the plants in extreme weather conditions ? Such houses need lots of maintainance...we need easy to maintain houses... when covid came, no maids were coming..imagine the uphill task if no one comes due to some reason 😅
Just for info… they don’t have maids to maintain the house. They do have a help who come for helping in kitchen (but she doesn’t cook). The home is maintained collectively by my clients and the garden by their mother who has spoken in the video.
